Permanently Banned Customers
As much as possible, we always do everything we can to resolve customer issues and make them happy. And just like any other humans, our engineering team deeply hates pirated software and abusive people. This is why our systems are completely automated to prevent people with invalid purchases from using our scripts.
We have already encountered a lot of customers who purchased Zender thinking that they could still use it after we refunded their money. Here is the list of them:
The usernames listed here are permanently banned from buying any of our items. If they try to repurchase, they will be forced to submit a refund request, or we will completely ignore any support requests from them. This is our way of protecting our rights as CodeCanyon authors. This list will always be updated, starting today.
