Hello, Dear Customers! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce the release of Zender v3.9.2, packed some much-needed fixes. 

Update Instructions

Your zender must be on v3.9.1 for this update!

1. Download the update zip file from here:

You do not have access to download files from our server

2. Go to admin panel. Find the SYSTEM block then click the UPDATE button.

3. Select the update.zip file you downloaded from the first step then submit.

4. Click the clear Cache button in the admin panel.

5. Update your WhatsApp server the same way when you install it, replacing existing storage files. (Make sure that your WhatsApp server is stopped before you update)   

6. All done.

  • Fixed issues with the contacts field of SMS and WhatsApp scheduling forms
  • Fixed autoreply with keywords not working properly if it's malformed
  • Fixed a minor issue in the mail template files

          Im getting error also. Users cannot send bulk without group options.

            Hello. Ticket already created. İt is happening when user try send template no a just text in Bulk in my case. Yesterday engineer from Titan connected to my site for check. From admin account no issue. From user account we get error which one i posted above. Problem still exist.

    Unable to generate qr code whatsapp latest version v3.9.2 I updated two days ago and everything worked well until this moment when I noticed slowdowns in using the service and then a number I was using was disconnected, now I can't reconnect it because it doesn't generate qr code.

    1. I have the same issue when sending a bulk campaign (error to select group)

    2. Uploading an excel file keeps on loading and never finishes

    3. Importing contacts also keeps on loading and never finishes.

    All these seem to be on the new update.
