Dear Valued Customers,
We are delighted to announce the release of our latest version, which addresses several bugs identified in the last version.

Update Instructions

Your zender must be on v3.8.3 for this update!

1. Download the update zip file from here: 

You do not have access to download files from our server

2. Go to admin panel. Find the SYSTEM widget then click the UPDATE button.
3. Select the update.zip file you downloaded from first step then submit.
4. Re-save your theme settings.
5. Click the clear Cache button in the admin panel.
6. Update your languages, you can get the new language strings from here: https://github.com/titansys/zender-languages 
7. Update your WhatsApp server the same way when you install it, replacing existing storage files. (Make sure that your WhatsApp server is stopped before you update) 
8. All done.

      From what version are you updating? You must be on v3.8.3 before you update to v3.8.4

      Did you update your WhatsApp binary? Because another customer complained that it's still not working but they didn't updated the binary.

        First of all comment the following two lines in crontab using command

        crontab -e

        the lines to be commented are:

        #@reboot /usr/local/bin/unliwa >/dev/null 2>&1

        #* * * * * /usr/local/bin/unliwa >/dev/null 2>&1


        ps -ef | grep whatsapp

        check for the pid. Usually its the number after the user like root    6565

        kill -9 <pid>

      Make sure that you have changed your php version to 8.2 or higher.

      To fix the logged_theme_color and background is gone issue:

      1. Open this link in the browser: https://yourdomain.com/requests/index/logout
      2. Then login again
      3. Select default theme color in "Theme" settings then save.

    QR code is now getting displayed. However the Indian number still getting disconnected.

    A workaround for the INDIAN customers

    Find the location of the server where you are hosting the whatsapp binaries. In my case its Germany.

    Install Windscribe VPN app on your mobile. Connect to Germany server. Open whatsapp and then scan. Please confirm if this works.

      I tried with 1.1.1.1 VPN too, takes 2-3 tries, but it connects. Should be connected in WARP mode, not in normal mode.

    My user is on a FREE package.
    The FREE package has a limit for the WhatsAap 1 account.
    However, today I connected 2 WhatsAap accounts to a FREE package.
    And these 2 WhatsAap accounts work normally.
    This is wrong.
