These plugins allows your users to select "global" plugins without creating a plugin themselves. For example, there is a Ai worldtime plugin, if they select this plugin in the autoreply, their AI will be able to answer time questions for any location around the world.

Zender GPT is not part of the AI plugins. Please check the entries with "AI" in the start of their names.

Why didn't you just allow the end-user to add their own prompt for interacting with AI? As it stands, they can only use Artificial Intelligence to respond to recipients. However, this lacks practical significance if they can't set a prompt within which the AI agent will interact. Additionally, only the administrator can add AI plugins.

Before you posted this comment, you should have tested it first.

That's exactly what I did. I don't see any way to set up an AI chatbot in advance so that it can communicate on the topics I need. It's just access to a raw AI via API. There isn't much practical sense in that. I understand that it's possible to create custom programmable plugins that can contain prompts. But only an administrator can do that. How will a user be able to configure an AI chatbot for themselves? For their specific tasks.

Could you clarify what you’re talking about? Users have the ability to create their own plugins—did you not notice the "Plugins" tab located below the AI API keys?

When an API key is added for the AI, all the related settings, including the prompt configurations, are clearly accessible. Why do you keep insisting that only administrators can add plugins? The global plugins are merely optional. Have you even attempted to create a plugin for your account to understand how the process works?

I apologize. I really didn't initially see that the AI function needed to be added to the user plans first. This way, they could create their own keys for the AI. There is indeed a possibility to specify your own prompt and to create custom plugins for the AI. But it would be perfect if we could provide access to the system key for accessing the AI. Not all users have an account with OpenAI. Teaching users this will be a challenging task. Moreover, OpenAI doesn't operate in Russia, for example, and users simply won't be able to register there to obtain a key, let alone top up their balance.

The AI feature supports three providers: ClaudeAI, GeminiAI, and OpenAI. This alone suggests that you haven’t thoroughly tested or explored its functionality.

Users are expected to use their own API keys, which provides them the flexibility and control to calculate costs based on their individual usage. This design ensures that the administrator is not burdened by API expenses.

If users do not understand how the feature works, they should refrain from using it. Teaching your users how to navigate and utilize this feature is not our responsibility—it’s yours as the business owner.

This wouldn't require training anyone if access to the AI key could be granted globally for all users or restricted on specific plans. ClaudeAI and GeminiAI are also not available in Russia))). I am very deep into the AI topic and I own several online services for working with AI. It would be much more convenient for users if they simply had to choose an AI and specify a prompt to limit the AI bot within the necessary topic. But this doesn’t align with your current logic of operation. Because your prompt is specified in the settings of the key. This is just my subjective opinion, based on local experience and working with thousands of clients

Zender is originally not an AI platform, so there’s no reason to look for those features in it. When compared to other messaging scripts on CodeCanyon, Zender AI remains far ahead due to its flexibility and extensive options.

If you require specific features, you should consider hiring a third-party developer to implement them for you. We will not rewrite the entire script to accommodate the demands of a single customer.

I have great respect for your team and I am very pleased with the Zender script. I have been following its development for a long time. I am simply expressing my opinion as a client. Sometimes, service providers with real clients have a much clearer view of the needs of end consumers than the developers do. I believe that if you conduct a survey among the buyers of your script, you will find that I am not the only one who would be happy to see these small changes in logic.

Just make it so that the admin can enable access to the key globally for all users who have access to the AI function. And the prompt should be set not in the key settings, but during the chatbot configuration. Because there can be many chatbots, while the same key can be used for all of them. Right now, to add several different chatbots, I need to save the same key multiple times with different settings.
