Dear Valued Customers,

We are thrilled to announce the release of Zender v3.8, the latest update packed with enhancements, refinements, and fixes to streamline your messaging experience.

Important!

  • This update completely replaces the old dashboard template!
  • Make sure to backup your old Zender and database before updating!
  • You will need to setup your WhatsApp server again for this update!
  • Make sure that all WhatsApp messages were already sent!
  • All connected WhatsApp accounts will be removed!
  • All WhatsApp groups in the system will be removed!
  • This update requires manual intervention!
  • Your Zender must be at v3.3.8 before updating to v3.8!

Update Instructions

1. Download the update zip file: 

You do not have access to download files from our server

2. Delete the following folders from your Zender:

  • templates/dashboard/
  • vendor/

3. Upload the contents of "Update" folder to the root of your Zender and replace existing files.

4. Open your Zender database using PHPMyAdmin then import the "update.sql" file.

5. Delete the "updating.lock" file from the root of your Zender.

6. Rebuild your gateway app.

7. Re-save your theme settings.

8. Click the clear "Cache" button.

9. Setup your new WhatsApp server by reading this updated documentation: https://support.titansystems.ph/help-center/articles/9/12/10/whatsapp-server

10. Update your languages, you can get the new language strings from here: https://github.com/titansys/zender-languages

11. All done.

          HI! The api, send messages, not send attachments. For shipping, fast shipping works, for API it doesn't. It does not attach, for example, the images.

      We are having a hard time accessing VK since we are not from Russia. This prevents us from testing properly so we decided to drop it.

    Hi, Where to download the new whatsapp binaries from? went through the document url, it has not links to download binaries.

    Please advise. it is not working with existing binaries. as existing binary runs at 7001 port. assuming the binary update is required. kindly share the binary file for linux environment. as the instances are down. kindly help.

    I set that up reading the docs only. But I am not able to locate the setup Guide in Admin Panel. My panel is upgraded, included sql. It is working fine. But not able to locate the link to setup guide.

    I went through the doc entirely but it is giving me error and you are playing Dumb charades with me. I hope this would give you an idea what i am going through. My system is down for hours. 


    Did that after reading the following mentioned on the URL https://support.titansystems.ph/help-center/articles/9/12/10/whatsapp-server

    You should add a new WhatsApp server entry in the WA Servers list in the admin panel before you configure the binary.

    After that, in the WhatsApp servers list, click the green terminal icon. It will show you the guide on how to install and run the binary for Linux or Windows.

    I have read all the guide documents step by step but can't find the binaries for connecting WhatsApp server to Zender.

    Please help with a video guide, I think it will be quite easy. Thank You.

        Thank you for the help and information, after I checked again it turns out that we have to create our own key, not based on the WhatsApp server, the key here is to connect WhatsApp to Zender.

        After I created the Key myself, it finally worked and I followed all the steps you suggested and the documentation guide. Thank you for the help.

    Do you have an interim fix so I can implement it manually? Because the use I give it is exclusively for sending entries through the image of the api. Thank you!

    You did Fix the "device cannot be empty" bug in schedule SMS, but I'm letting You know - that the scheduled SMS with using credits still does not work ;)

      Also, the "Schedule SMS" window has a small bug when selecting the Date&Time. It always uses the US format date and 12h Date&Time picker.
