We are thrilled to introduce the latest update to our platform, version 3.3.8, packed with exciting new features and improvements that enhance your messaging experience. You can download the update from the official repository on GitHub or your CodeCanyon profile page. Please take a moment to review the highlights of this release:

Breaking Change:

  • We've made a significant change to our WhatsApp sending API. The unique ID for message sending now requires the unique random string instead of the ID number. Please update your integration to reflect this change. This includes the settings for WordPress, WHMCS and Perfex plugins.

New Features:

  • Gain more control over your WhatsApp accounts with the addition of WhatsApp account status in the /get/wa.accounts API endpoint.
  • Introducing /create/wa.link and /create/wa.relink API endpoints, enabling seamless linking and relinking of WhatsApp accounts via the API.
  • Enjoy enhanced messaging capabilities by sending audio in WhatsApp media messages.
  • Tailor your autoreply strategies with precision using new matching types: Exact (Insensitive), Exact (Sensitive), and Regular Expression.
  • Prioritize your message sending with the new priority sending feature for WhatsApp autoreplies.
  • Choose the specific WhatsApp account for your autoreplies.
  • Fine-tune SMS autoreplies by selecting the Android device and SIM slot.
  • Enrich your WhatsApp autoreplies by sending media and documents.
  • Validate WhatsApp phone numbers effortlessly using the /validate/whatsapp API endpoint.

Bug Fixes and Enhancements:

  • We've addressed a bug in the WhatsApp bulk sending API to ensure a smoother experience.
  • Spintax issues have been resolved, ensuring accurate message delivery.
  • Our team has diligently fixed minor bugs in the cron controller, contributing to overall system stability.
  • Experience improved queue management for the Android gateway app and WhatsApp server.

Dropped Features:

  • As part of this update, we regret to inform you that WhatsApp buttons, list, and template message types are no longer supported. Please note that these message types are no longer functional and we had to remove it.


Linux users must update the WhatsApp binary to ensure a successful update. Please follow these steps:

  1. Upload the new binary to your server, replacing the old binary.
  2. Execute the following command:
    sudo chmod +x ./titansys-whatsapp-linux
  3. If you are using the autorun script, restart your WhatsApp server by executing the command:
    sudo pkill -f whatsapp


For Windows users, please follow these steps to update WhatsApp successfully:

  1. Exit the Desktop app.
  2. Copy the new binary to the resources/binary/ folder, replacing the old binary.
  3. Open the Desktop app and start the server.

Warning!

  • This update will delete all your autoreply entries because they are incompatible with the new update. Please backup your database first!

Android Gateway App

  • To complete the update, you will have to rebuild your android gateway app. Please make sure that you increment the version number before you click the build button.

            yes updated v3.3.6 to v3.3.8

            Now working without ( ' ) but can't edit exiting entry's. showing something went wrong. 😔 editing from database.

            Also wa auto reply not work if REPLY MESSAGE box contain ( ' or  ' ' )

            Means you can't write - don't or 'do not'  you should write do not otherwise reply not working.

    Does this include fixes so that "apostraphe" will no longer display as strange codes to the recipient on sms messages? Meaning I can put "Don't" versus "Do not"; "Couldn't" versus "Could Not", etc...

    Updated and I can no longer add an AUTOREPLY entry. Tried for both SMS or WA autoreply. Both give me a "something went wrong" error message pop-up. Any fixes for this?

      Same results for the "Hook" -- Add Hook option on that same menu section. However, there is no problem adding webhooks on the "WebHooks" menu

          I appreciate your reply... I literally figured it out just now. My database credentials were wrong, and after correcting it, the AutoReply and Hook tools are now working. Strange. I must have clicked on something that changed the details. But thank you for getting back with me.

          Update is awesome! I've been looking forward to the time when we can set which SIM will respond to Auto-Reply. Useful for my dual-sim device. Thanks a lot for this feature!

          The only problem left now is that once you are able to enter a WA Autoreply, you cannot go back and edit the WA autoreply entry. It causes a "something went wrong" error message pop-up. That's a bug you may want to look at with the latest update. I'm sure you can edit it by doing to the database itself on the server, but that would be inconvenient.

          In comparison, I tried the SMS autoreply, and there is no problem adding or editing an entry.

    Hi,

    I have integrated this gateway to my application via API'S. After update its not sending sms and whatsapp messages automatically from my application. So what changes do i need to do in my integration to start sending messages automatically again.. Updated system, whatsapp bianaries done. gateway app rebuild done.

    There is one issue with Zender, It automatically reads all the incoming messages of WhatsApp. I know we can disable the receiving but I think there must be a function to unread the messages because in that way we miss a lot of normal messages. Can't it read the message and mark it unread if it's not an Autoreply Keyword?

      We don't think this is an issue. This is how it should work because you are using an unofficial WhatsApp client. The WhatsApp servers must think that you are still chatting as a normal person and not a bot. It's actually possible to not read all the messages at all, but the risk of getting your account banned is increased to 80% because you are not reading the messages. Yet, you can still reply, which is not possible in a real-life scenario.

        Yes, this is an issue for a lot of professionals. How about just reading those messages containing the Autoreply keywords? because if it reads all messages we are missing a lot of important messages or normal conversations Moreover, the sender also considers the recipient has read that message but it's not. 

        Or should there be an option to read the message or not so if someone has that issue they can enable or disable it at their own risk?

    Hey, I am really concerned about the auto-reading of all incoming messages. I can share my idea with you guys which can help to fix both auto reply and other messages.

    1: Messages must be marked as read when the user goes to WhatsApp> Received and open/read the message by himself.

    2: Auto-reply: Auto-reply messages are keywords or a few words and you get a preview of the incoming message. If the preview of the message contains the autoreply keyword then read it. 

    Could you please share thoughts or going to work on this thing because it really matters for the professionals or personal accounts?

    Another bug in the latest update?

    For some reason, bulk messages are no longer sending. I can only send Quick messages to 1 person. If I schedule or send an instant Bulk message to a group of contacts, the software is only sending to the FIRST person. The app will not send to the rest of the recipients. This remains the case even after I pause or re-play a campaign to attempt to try to get it going again... Cron jobs still running fine.

    Can you take a look at this issue? Thanks!

        I actually meant the SMS bulk sending (campaigns or scheduled). It stopped being able to send after the update. It only sends to the first person, or to 1 person, and does not continue processing the rest of the messages. This remains the case even after I pause or re-play a campaign to attempt to try to get it going again... Cron jobs still running fine... I haven't tested the WhatsApp bulk, but I see that you have a critical fix for that, so I'm assuming WhatsApp will be fine... but hopefully, you have a critical fix for SMS bulk. Thanks!

            Yes, about 3 times since update, actually. But since I installed another critical update (api documentation) today, I went ahead and rebuilt the app again. I then tried to pause the existing campaign and play it again. But that didn't work... HOWEVER, when I deleted that campaign and just went ahead and made a new campaign to be sent today, that seemed to have worked.

            So I guess for those who are having this bulk SMS issue issue, hopefully you have a copy of the old campaign message that you sent. Just delete the old campaign and create a new campaign. Hopefully, it will work out for you as it did to mine.

            I will try to deal with Cronjob myself.

              If the numbers are all the same then only one message will be sent. The excel sender will not send to one number multiple times. Anyway, please create a ticket for proper support.

                  It's not possible to know if the number exist or not in SMS. The gateway apk only simulates the inbox of android, if the message is sent then it is sent even if the number doesn't exist. There are limitations that cannot be solved in android due to system restrictions and you should be aware of that.

      I think this is a great feature to consider in the future. Being able to create an SMS group; being able to read, reply. Not just a single individual in the group... but for all to see the messages and reply in a group... but I guess the issue with this is that it would involve MMS. Most group texting involves MMS.

      At the moment, I can create group but it is sent individually. There are cases when I'd need everyone in the group to interact and view/reply to the group messages as needed.

    Hola. Tengo una duda... todos los SMS que envío quedan en la Cola de Envío, ¿por qué sucede esto? La aplicación los lee pero no aparecen. permanece en la cola de envío.
