Dear Valued Customers,
We are delighted to announce the release of our latest version, which addresses several bugs identified in the last version. 

Update Instructions

Your zender must be on v3.8.10 for this update!

1.  Download the update zip file from here:
You do not have access to download files from our server
2. Go to admin panel. Find the SYSTEM widget then click the UPDATE button.
3. Select the update.zip file you downloaded from first step then submit.
4. Update your WhatsApp server the same way when you install it, replacing existing storage files. (Make sure that your WhatsApp server is stopped before you update)  

5. All done.

  • Added a new cronjob for cleaning garbage uploads older than 60 days
  • Fixed a minor bug in the received timestamp of WhatsApp messages
  • Fixed a minor bug in API relating to the status of connected WA accounts endpoint

      Thanks, I was coming to say that the error "ERR_OSSL_BAD_DECRYPT" kept appearing, I have already updated again, I will keep an eye on it.

        Please make sure that your WA server binary is updated. The update.zip file will not update the binary, you need to run the command for that.

    Hello team,
    I have been facing an issue for some days where campaigns suddenly stop, and then I have to restart the PM2 process to start sending messages again.

    Second issue: One campaign should be completed before starting another campaign.

    I don't have a working cron command to start scheduled SMS campaigns
    Everything is configured exactly according to the instructions. All other commands work.
    The same command for launching scheduled WA campaigns also works.
    But SMS campaigns are not launched because of this.
    Error 500. It seems that the script simply does not see this cron command


    I checked the system token and it is specified correctly.

    In addition, the commands themselves are now in the skyrp itself and are issued in full along with the token.

    All other commands work correctly.

    Only the command to launch scheduled SMS campaigns and another command to clear the cache do not work

    What could be the problem?

      In the image you sent, the cron url is spelled incorrectly.

    Messages remain "in queue" pending sending, check the binary and it is running correctly. It happens with sending via API, as well as sending from the dashboard.

    ** It is also not allowing you to add new accounts via QR, it shows the QR but does not link them.

    ** From windows server is working.

    why not work centos ?
    /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.25' not found (required by ./titansys-whatsapp-linux)

      check for GLIBC_2.25  presence if not exist then try to download GLIBC first then try hopes it will work

      there may be one of two issues:

      1. your vps is not localized or representing som wehere else.
      2.  your ngrok has reached the free limit. kindly change the ngrok token 

      check the above teo reasons and then you will get the resolved.

      Yor may set crontab for chech the running process of not running at your WhatsApp serviers insides your Dashboard> WA SERVERS> Last one option where the option is mentioned in green button bellow the WhatsApp Binary

          so remove the previous binary and redownload it then check.

      Hi! The same thing happened to me and there was no solution, so apart from using "screen" to keep a window inside the server so that if I close putty nothing happens.


      screen -S zender (to reopen it when I log back in is screen -r)


      and then I executed (inside the folder where I have the binary):

      Remember to update pcode and key.

    Will that cron job also delete the phone numbers or just media files? also, you guys have stopped working on the SMS Marketing tool, The SMS app is not running in the background, SSD notifications etc, You guys should also focus on that. You guys are doing good job I appreciate that.

    hi, I want to ask, I want a campaign using excel to still be able to send WA even though the phone number is the same or duplicate (because currently only the last row is sent). where can I configure it? or if I have to go into the source code, which block code should I change?
