          There is a "Pause" node in the flow builder, you can try checking that.

            I understand that there’s an option for this in the flow builder, but that only works to pause within a specific flow. Ideally, if the message wasn’t sent by the AI, the conversation should be paused. A simple variable like $fromMe to identify whether the message was sent by the user and then pause would already solve the problem. I’m sure many clients are struggling with this issue, because sometimes a human replies before reaching the pause flow, and the AI keeps talking! I’ve been receiving many complaints about this.

    Is there a way to update the binaries without losing the existing WhatsApp Connections?
    On SAAS Model, it's not convenient for the end user to find it disconnected every other day (when we push a new update)

      You will not lose connections when you update. There is a slight delay before reconnection when you restart the WA server, this is by design so the WA accounts has a grace period to prevent duplicated connections which causes premature disconnection.

    Sorry to say, but from the last few updates that you pushed this month. mostly devices disconnected.

    Most times all devices and sometimes half of devices.  Right now, an update on v3.9.8-fix-102525. 40 devices disconnect. Client disappointed about these issues.

      Hi, when you update and restarted the WA server, the "Disconnected" status is just temporary. The WA server has a delay before reconnecting the Accounts to ensure there will be no corrupted data. We suggest checking the WA server logs so you understand how it reconnects the accounts.

    Hello,
    Can you re-enable the feature to read other apps' notifications in the SMS gateway app? It's incredibly useful.

    And can the next update add a 'Pairing Code' feature so we can connect to the Zender app without having two smartphones?
    Because the QR Code scanner in WhatsApp can't retrieve QR Codes from the smartphone's album.

    Thanks for the update. Can you please also work on updating the contacts managment. Like while adding contact there should be like
    First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Custom Field 1 Custom Field 2, Company or business name, Address, City, Country
    These other fields could be optional but will be more beneficial because that's how most of the businesses manage the leads or contacts. I'll really appreciate that if you guys can add that into roadmap for next coming updates.

    There’s a problem with WhatsApp! All numbers got disconnected and just keep loading. If you close the app, it reconnects, but as soon as a new message arrives, it disconnects again!!

    Olá.. Após essas últimas atualizações, o chatbots envia mensagem para números que não existem e a normalização de números não está funcionando para +55 Br. Desenvolvi um plugin que envia licenças direto no Whatsapp do cliente, até a v3.9.7 a integração vo API funcionava perfeitamente, após isso, não funciona corretamente para números que não tem o dígito 9 no whatsapp. Antes tratava corretamente essa normalização....

      Oi Luiz,

      Nossa, vc me salvou... Vendo esse teu Post resolvi testar se era esse o problema que estava fazendo o meu Gateway não funcionar depois da atualização para a versão 3.9.8.
      Vou fazer uma gambiarra temporária no meu sistema para mandar para os numeros eliminando o "9" e depois que o BUG for corrigido vou voltar atrás no meu sistema.

      Eu estava aqui para abrir um chamado para o problema "no LID found..." e vendo teu Post tive um palpite para testar o número de forma difrerente..

    After the last update of the WhatsApp server, which you recommended to do in your telegram channel. Messages from WhatsApp accounts that were added earlier, before the update, are no longer sent. In order for them to start working again, you have to delete the session and add the WhatsApp account again.

    Hi, I have been using this solutionwithout a problem for over a year, until today. I had not updated it because it wasn't necesary. But today, it stopped allowing people to connect their whatsapp accounts. So I finally upgraded the whatsapp binaries to the this version v3.9.8-fix-102525 but it's still giving the same error, the whatsapp accounts cannot connect. When you scan the QR code for a moment Zender says it's connected but aproximately 40 seconds later the whatsapp app, on the phone, says it couldn't connect. These are the logs:

      I am facing the same issue where the sessions are showing as disconnected, even though the sessions are live at the backend. When we restart the server, it shows as connected or when we click on relink button.

    Any suggestions if WhatsApp keeps getting banned? Why not try using a WhatsApp server from Android so the WhatsApp server is on each client and the IP changes, instead of using a proxy?

    Hi Team,

    I’m facing an issue while trying to link a device. Whenever I scan the QR code, it gets stuck on the loading screen. After some time, it shows the message: “Please check your internet connection.”

    I have tried linking my WhatsApp account using multiple networks (different Wi-Fi connections and mobile data), but the issue still persists. also i have used multiple whsatpp to connect but same issue with all

    Hello, in Brazil, the message is being sent, but it is not reaching the recipient.


    As already mentioned here, in Brazil, all numbers have the digit '9' at the beginning.

    This had already been resolved in previous versions; please check to correct it.

          Oi Luiz,

          Fiz uma gambiarra na minha aplicação para enviar o número sem o '9' até que o problema seja resolvido.

          Por exemplo, para enviar mensagem para mim o sistema enviaria passando por parâmetro o meu numero no formato +5551996836715 (não lembro se vai com o + ou não, mas isso não importa nesse exemplo); Então fiz meu sistema enviar a mensagem para +555196836715 (retirei aquele 9 do início do número, depois do DDD).

          Isso quebra o galho, mas traz alguns inconvenientes lá no WhatsApp as vezes, não mostrando o número da pessoa em alguns casos, mas pelo menos funciona.

          Hoje recebi um email do suporte dizendo para eu atualizar de novo o arquivo WA Server... Fiz isso mas o problema não foi resolvido.

          *Desculpa eu não ter visto antes essa tua msg... não recebi notificação. Se quiseres abordar esse ou outro ponto, me avisa lá pelo Whats mesmo...

            Certo. Fiz o mesmo por aqui, fiz com que meu plugin que usa essa api ter uma chamada híbrida no whatsapp. Ele ta funcionando em 70% mesmo com essa alteração. Certos números, ainda da erro e envia as mensagem para o número que não existe. Agora o plugin envia a mensagem para o número que o usuário usar, mas alguns usuários adiciona o 9 mesmo sem ter no whatsapp e causa erro no envio. Desde já agradeço seu retorno

    I want to know where do I find that updated file?

    The last update I have downloaded from Codecanyon

    Zender v3.9.8-fix-102525

    Was has also mentioned about WA Server Update

    But in the files, the binary server file was not included.

      Actually, there is an update in WhatsApp Binary Only. Not in Website file.

      Currently Updated WhatsApp Binary is v3.9.8-fix-112025

      And Website Latest Update is v3.9.8-fix-102525

      Just Update the WhatsApp Binary

      Follow the instructions on how to install/update the wa server.

      Dashboard > WA SERVERS > Setup (green button)

      1. choose the platform

      2. run the command

      3. start the server (if any mistake, restart everything)

      I'm using a docker container, after I do the previous 3 steps, I restart the container and test everything works. Sometimes I need to reconnect the whatsapp accounts.

    Thanks for all your effort on Zender, I found it very useful.

    So far I have one suggestion to improve the interface and have a need.

    - In the whatsapp accounts i will like to have a way to describe the account (check the attached images)

    - In the WhatsApp API when 'Delete Received Chat' and 'Delete Sent Chat' are 200 successfull response, also delete any attachment from the wa server.  I'm asking this to avoid the attachment to be deleted by any other process and only be delete when is requested by the user either using UI or API call.

      Just Reinstall WhatsApp Binary using Code. Don't forget to Use

      sudo pkill -f whatsapp

      And install WhatsApp Binary.

      Yes , that is the exact same problem I have. But, I read in the forums that you need to close the whatsapp on your phone as soon as the QR have been read. I did that and the connection stayed on, no disconnect.

    Hi all, I have the latest binaries 3.9.8-fix-112725 and I noticed that the delay between sending messages is not happenning. I have a process that send to the same wa number more than 2 messages in sequence and the recipient is not getting all of them.

    In the past I was able to sent 3-7 sequential messages without a problem, because of the delay. But now it seem is not working.

    For your information, those messages have media an text.

    Any comments about it?

        If you are asking about the binaries 3.9.8-fix-112725, you can get those by running the 'setup' commands of your wa server.
