Hello, Dear Customers! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce the release of Zender v3.9.6, packed some much-needed fixes.

Update Instructions

Your zender must be on v3.9.5 for this update!

1. Download the update zip file from here:

You do not have access to download files from our server

2. Go to admin panel. Find the SYSTEM block then click the UPDATE button.

3. Select the update.zip file you downloaded from the first step then submit.

4. Click the clear Cache button in the admin panel.

5. Rebuild your gateway app, please follow the app builder documentation here: https://bit.ly/42seyh9

6. Update your WhatsApp server the same way when you install it, replacing existing storage files. (Make sure that your WhatsApp server is stopped before you update)   

7. Update your languages, you can get the new language strings from here: https://github.com/titansys/zender-languages

  • Fixed minor issues in the AI controller
  • Fixed the gateway app crashing on Android 14 or later
  • Fixed USSD issues in the gateway app for Android 13 or later
  • Refactored the notification listener of the gateway app, it will now ignore notifications if the packages field is empty in the device settings

    Thanks for the update. I am just concerned about the gateway app upgrade. Do we need to upload everything again and again for each update like firebase, json logo icons etc for each update, can't we just use the previous app to update. Please add a feature to edit or update it from previous data already used saved for the app if we don't have to add or include anything new. Thanks looking forward to major release. Great Job

    After upgrade to v3.9.6 all sms messages in queue now remain in "Pending" status. The gateway app no longer sends the SMS messages. I checked the cron jobs, and they all test fine. When I manually disable SMS and reenable SMS from the app to see if this would jumpstart anything, the message I get on the gateway screen just says "Found 0 messages to process" followed by the time, as well as a message that says "Fetching messages from the queue"

    Is there a fix to this? I was really looking forward to the latest update.

    Unable to send message from mobile after making our android app as default sms app. please add functionality in android app to send/receive sms as well right from there.

    Now that the gateway app has to set to be the DEFAULT sms app, can Zender have the functionality to receive and reply to GROUP text messages (which are usually sent/received as MMS)?

    How to properly upload a zip archive with icons from icon.kitchen
    ? I created an icon, downloaded the archive and uploaded it to the panel according to the instructions. But the apk file installed with the standard icon but not with my icon. What exactly is the format of the image file? On icon.kitchen icons for android are selected by default. Is it necessary to remove icons for Iphone and WEB in icon.kitchen settings?

    App Is Blocked while installing

    We turned Off Play Protect but it's showing Zender name in Notification access option

    In the previous version of the application it was possible to run two different campaigns via SIM1 and SIM2 at the same time. Now it is possible to start sending messages only through 1 SIM.

    Good afternoon, I updated to the latest version, rebuilt the application, deleted the old application.

    I installed a new application, and when I try to log in via QR or login/password, the application always crashes on my phone.
