What’s New in v3.9.7

Flow Builder (Stable Release)
Our intuitive Flow Builder is now officially out of beta! This drag-and-drop tool allows you to design complex automated responses for SMS and WhatsApp, making it easier than ever to build message workflows visually.

System Logger
Introducing the new Logger feature, a built-in diagnostic tool that captures system events and errors related to AI, webhooks, and APIs. It also logs AI moderation detections, helping users understand why certain messages may not have been delivered.

WhatsApp Binary for macOS (M Series)
We are also pleased to release official support for the WhatsApp binary on macOS (M series). You can now download the macOS binary directly from the WA Servers page, using the same modal where other platform binaries are listed.

System Enhancements

• Removed deprecated syntax and cleaned up inefficient implementations.

• Optimized core processes for improved performance and stability.

• Addressed various bugs reported in previous releases.

What’s Next?

With v3.9.7 now live, our team is shifting focus toward completing the BETA release of WABA (WhatsApp Business API) support. This is a major advancement, and we’d like to give a special thanks to BOGDANBOG for sponsoring the development of this feature.

Update Instructions

Your zender must be on v3.9.6 for this update!

IMPORTANT! This update has a file size of almost 40MB. Please make sure that your server's php upload_max_filesize and post_max_size is configured to a minimum of 50MB!

1. Download the update zip file from here: You do not have access to download files from our server
3. Select the update.zip file you downloaded from the first step then submit.
4. Click the clear Cache button in the admin panel.
5. Rebuild your gateway app, please follow the app builder documentation.
6. Update your WhatsApp server the same way when you install it, replacing existing storage files. (Make sure that your WhatsApp server is stopped before you update)   
7. Update your languages, you can get the new language strings from here: https://github.com/titansys/zender-languages
