Hello, Dear Customers! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce the release of Zender v3.9.7-fix-083125, packed some much-needed fixes. This update is a preventive-maintenance fix for current issues while we are still completing Zender 4.

Update Instructions

Your zender must be on v3.9.7-fix-1 for this update!

1. Download the update zip file from here:
You do not have access to download files from our server
2. Go to admin panel. Find the SYSTEM block then click the UPDATE button.
3. Select the update.zip file you downloaded from the first step then submit.
4. Click the clear Cache button in the admin panel.
5. Rebuild your gateway app to the latest version (v3.9.8), please follow the app builder documentation. 
6. Update your WhatsApp server the same way when you install it, replacing existing storage files. (Make sure that your WhatsApp server is stopped before you update)   
7. All done.

    Most of the server and Antivirus are blocking you ngrok files in linux.zip All are identifying that, mwalware detected

      Those are false positives. The ngrok binaries will be flagged since they are using network.

      Noted with thanks, I submited that file to Norton and Mlwarebites and waiting for the responses with evidnces, if they found real malware then I will share here, Just a day we should wait for the reports, hosting.com also detected it as a malware, after our own risk they released the file in our VPS

        This is the module used for the Ngrok binaries: https://github.com/bubenshchykov/ngrok

        Binaries were directly downloaded from https://equinox.io for offline access.

          Norielle please let me know if you know this big bug. I get whatsapp server unavailable when try to add new whatsapp account! At the moment no one can add a new whatsapp account, just the existing work and can relink but never add a new one.

    Please, how do I fix this error? After scanning it connects but I can't find it in the whatsapp that is connected on the host section

            I tried, but it doesn't let me create tickets on Zender! My support has ended, but I'd like to know if it's my problem or, as I believe, a bug due to the latest update, because it worked perfectly before.

              Upon checking, you are the only one having this issue so this is likely a configuration problem. Unfortunately, you need to have an active support subscription to create ticket, you can extend your support subscription on CodeCanyon or via limited support licenses from our team.

                Dear norielle , 

                I created more than one ticket with codecanyon , comments , emails but without any support 💔 , I could not renewal the support license because I have no money now I could not create Gateway app , so I lost my customers 

                I tried stopped Cloudflare but without benefit .

                please help.
